As i had the day off i decided to get my Magic Mirror and Unifi Doorbell fitted. I started off by making a whole where i wanted the power to come out and then used my cable rods to make a path to the power outlet and then pulled some power cable through ready for connection later. I then drilled a hole through the wall to the outside to run the power for the doorbell. I mounted the doorbell on the outside and the bracket for the mirror on the inside. I switched off the power and then wired up the power cable to the back of the mirror. I switched on the power and the doorbell and the mirror turned on, as i had already configured the mirror and doorbell they just worked. Im really pleased with how the mirror turned out and it is really useful for seeing what is on the cameras and what meetings i have that day.
